AVMA Uses Telehealth to Sign Off on Santa’s Reindeer


Of course, Santa has a veterinarian – he needs one for all those reindeer. In the past, the President of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), strapped on the winter gear, and made a house call. However, due to the pandemic, this year Santa visited AVMA President Dr. Douglas Kratt virtually, using telehealth. And it worked out just fine. The good news is that those reindeer are ready to ride.
