KC Chief Super Bowl Tackle Derrick Nnadi is a Winner for Saving Dogs

Derrick Nnadi, Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle isn’t only a winner because his team won the Super Bowl – he’s helping homeless dogs find new homes in the wake of his Super Bowl win.

The defensive tackle is paying the adoption fees for all the dogs currently available at KC Pet Project via the Derrick Nnadi Foundation.

I’ve been writing about how so oddly and unfortunately, the NFL lead by Commissioner Roger Goodall stands by Michael Vick, and even named Vick an honorary Pro Bowl captain, leading to well over a million online signatures in protest. And Goodell’s response was pretty much “I don’t care.” This the type of person and action that the NFL should be celebrating!
