Who Drags a Dog on a Leash from Inside a Moving Car?
How can anyone comprehend that dragging the dog on a leash from inside a moving car is ethically acceptable. As I say on WBBM-TV (Ch.2) this appears to be animal cruelty (And credit goes to Ch. 2 for taking this story seriously). The man must be caught and truly charged with that offense, in my opinion.
But what would motivate anyone to do this?
Lawyers and journalists carefully use words like allegedly. I do too – in most instances. But you can see with your own eyes in this video.
The dog may have choked to death. The good news is that he or she did not. But does this owner repeat this treatment of the dog? And does this treatment explain why the dog is limping?
If this video is shared enough, someone will come forward with this person’s name.
Please view the entire video HERE. You can see the perpetrator’s face and car better. I know you can see the license plate number in the original video from Facebook, but the plate is apparently not registered to him. What we need is someone to recognize the person who dragged the dog on a leash in LaBagh Woods in the Northwest side of Chicago, and one might assume has done this previously and could again, to step forward. This is case #0000341.
