Your Pet Might Make the Grey Muzzle Calendar

The Grey Muzzle Organization improves the lives of at-risk senior dogs by providing funding and resources to animal shelters, rescue organizations, sanctuaries, and other non-profit groups nationwide. The intent is to support foster and adoption into forever homes of elder dogs, who are almost aways in a precarious position – though they have done nothing wrong.  On my national Steve Dale’s Pet World radio show, executive director Lisa Lunghofer talks about this important non-profit and also the Summer Smile campaign via the Giving Grid. Your dog (or any pet) may be in the upcoming Grey Muzzle calendar.

The reality is that most dogs in shelters are older – and they’ve done nothing wrong. These dogs do deserve a second chance!
